2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment, allowing full transparency on all logistics costs.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to verify and confirm that your shipping address, recipient name and contact information are accurate and fully complete at checkout.
Shaniece King is not responsible for misdelivered, undeliverable or returned orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any secondary reshipping fees incurred due to address-related package returns shall be borne by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit during transportation, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a loss investigation and solution process.
Damaged Items:
If your bag or luggage products arrive with structural damage, surface scratches or packaging breakage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You are required to provide clear original photos of the damaged items and outer packaging for official verification.
Our after-sales team will carefully review your case and communicate proactively to resolve the problem as quickly as possible with feasible solutions including refund, replacement or compensation.

6. Luggage and Bag Maintenance Notice

All bag and luggage products come with exclusive maintenance and usage guidelines. Customers shall use, clean and store the products in accordance with the official instructions. Shaniece King will not take responsibility for product damage, deformation or wear caused by improper cleaning, incorrect storage, private modification or human misuse of the items.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes and other related import fees may be charged based on the tariff regulations of your destination country. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are fully responsible for complying with local import policies, and we shall not be liable for package detention or penalty fees caused by non-compliance with local customs rules.
